The 1394C-AM04 is a servo drive axis module from Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This drive has an efficiency rating of 98% and requires an operating voltage of 530 to 680 volts DC (direct current). The 1394C-AM04 is a servo drive axis module that can regulate its base speed by 0 to 0.05 percent when at 100 percent torque disturbance. The main purpose of this module is to convert input DC (direct current) power from the system into a variable AC (alternating current) voltage. The output of the drive can be adjusted in terms of phase, frequency, and amplitude. The 1394C-AM04 is used in applications where controlling the speed, torque, and direction of a compatible servo motor is required. This servo drive axis module must be installed in a well-maintained area to avoid impacting its performance and the module must be operating in an environment with a maximum ambient temperature of fifty-five (55) degrees Celsius to avoid overheating. The metal enclosure of the drive axis module provides rigid support and protection to the internal circuitry.
