The 1395-123148 is a two-pole renewal direct current contactor (wired) that was manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It is manufactured for the 1395 series of digital direct current drives. This module provides the 1395 digital direct current drives electrical controlled swapping/switching for their circuit. This direct current contactor is designed for the regenerative and non-regenerative series A & B Allen-Bradley digital 1395 direct current drives that have a rated input range of 230 volts, 380 volts, and 415 volts. Also, its power is rated at one (1) to thirty (30) horsepower. This Allen-Bradley direct current contactor has a voltage rating of five hundred and fifty (550) volts direct current (DC), and it has a one hundred and fifteen (115) volt alternating current coil voltage that is supplied through an external source and controlled by the switcher board. This module is suitable for 1395 regenerative and non-regenerative drives with a current rating ranging between three-point-six (3.6) amperes and fifty-six (56) amperes. This device has a rated max current of fifty-four (54) amperes itself. The 115 volt alternating current (AC) voltage is sent to the power stage interface board by the N.O., or Normally Open, auxiliary contact. This module makes a connection between the direct current (DC) motor and the output armature bridge. The 1395 drives get this direct current (DC) contactor supplied to them as standard. The 115 volt alternating current (AC) signal is isolated and rectified to five (5) volt direct current logic signal for the main control board by the power stage interface board.
