The Allen Bradley 2090-SCEP0-2 is a fiber optic cable that can be connected to a bulkhead adapter. After connecting this fiber cable to a Kinetix 7000 drive, you should house the entire installation inside a separate cabinet. If you go with the glass cable variation of this cable, make sure you do not use a bulkhead adapter. If you use a bulkhead adapter with the glass fiber cable, you will encounter significant signal loss. The bulkhead adapters are best suited for establishing plastic-to-plastic cable connections.
