This module is part of the Kinetix 6000 product series. This series has a variety of features that helps by reducing the cost and enabling the machine to function simply. The Bulletin 2094 power rail configurations support the Kinetix 6000M integrated drive motor. This device has an AC input voltage range of 324 to 528 volts rms, three phase. The control voltage of the 2094-BC01-M01 ranges from 95 to 264 volts rms, single-phase. The Bus overvoltage rating of this device is 825 volts direct current (DC), while the Bus undervoltage rating is 275 volts DC. The 2094-BC01-M01 has an operating temperature range of 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. This product has physical dimensions that measure 4.9 inches x 11.9 inches x 13.2 inches. Additionally, the weight of this device is approximately 12.5 pounds.  

When having to replace drives from a Bulletin 2094 power rail, the operator must determine the module replacement and if it involves replacing the drive module on an existing power rail, then they have to hang the mounting bracket from the slot on the power rail. However, if it involves replacing a drive module on a new power rail, then the drive module is mounted by removing the protective covers from the power rail connectors. The next step involves aligning the guide pins on the facility rail with the guide pin holes within the back of the drive module. Then use 20 pounds of torque to tighten the mounting screw. After that, reconnect the module connectors then reapply power to the system. On communication, configurations drive to drive servos cables and catalog numbers are shown when Kinetix 6000M, Kinetix 6000, and Kinetix 6200 drives exist on an equivalent power rail.

The integrated axis modules contain an inverter and a converter section, the peak enhancement feature is available on 400 volts class. The axis module with safe torque-off are shared DC and the peak enhancement feature is available on 400V-class. Its servo interface module serves as a connection between CompactLogix controllers and the Kinetix 6000 drive system. During the planning of the module layout, the total bus capacitance of the direct current common bus system should be calculated to ensure that the leader integrated axis module is sized sufficiently to charge the entire system.
