The module is part of an Integrated and Multi-Axis servo drive with a 3-phase power supply, a 6.6-kilowatt power rating, a voltage rating of 460 volts AC, and a current rating of 15 amperes. The Kinetix 6000 multi-axis servo drive is powerful and simple to use, providing quick, easy, and cost-effective solutions to all kinds of applications, which include even the most demanding ones. This product also provides an innovative design, installation features, and advanced control capabilities, which have a significantly improved system performance. The simplified wiring, easy-to-use components, and compact size make Kinetix 6000 drives the ideal choice for OEMs, as well as the end-users. The target applications for the Kinetix 6000 drives are converting, assembly, material handling, and packaging. Kinetix 6000 series B and later with 460 volts drives also have an enhancement for the peak current. The Kinetix 6000 drives of 460 volts have been configured so that the peak current ratings are equivalent to 150% of continuous current. However, the module can be programmed for ratings up to 250% of continuous inverter current of AM and IAM modules. For the series C and series D drives, new components have been added. These new components include solid-state relays. These relays were added after the mechanical relay for the brake circuit and another for the safe torque-off inputs. That being said, the wiring for the series C and D drives are relatively the same when compared to the other series.
