The 2094-BC04-M03-M is an integrated axis module made by Allen-Bradley. It is included in the Kinetix 6000 series of servo drive components. This module contains an inverter and a converter section. It has a voltage class of 400 volts and an input voltage rating of 460 volts AC. The converter section operates at a nominal input voltage range between 360 volts and 480 volts with an input frequency between 47 and 63 hertz. The module has a nominal input current of 24 amperes AC and a maximum inrush current rating of 22 amperes AC. This model does not include Safe Torque-Off or Peak Enhanced features. The converter has a control power cycling limit of 2 cycles per minute and operates with an efficiency of up to 97 percent. The converter is rated for an inductance of 125 microhenry and a capacitance of 940 microfarad. The converter features an internal shunt resistor rated at 115 ohms and the module has a short circuit current rating of two hundred thousand (200,000) amperes. The inverter operates at a Pulse Width Modulation frequency of 4 kilohertz and has a nominal input voltage rating of 650 volts DC. The inverter has a continuous nominal power rating of 13.5 kilowatts. It is equipped with an internal shunt resistor rated at 28.75 ohms and has an internal shunt continuous power rating of 200 watts peaking to 22.5 kilowatts. The inverter operates with an efficiency of up to 98 percent. It has a capacitance rating of 840 microfarad and can absorb up to 108 Joules of energy.
