The 2094-PRS4 is a slim power rail that was designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This module belongs to the Kinetix 6000 product range. This power rail can work with adjustable frequency drives in 230-volt or 460-volt drive systems. In addition, the module capacity of this unit is three (3) standard modules and one (1) integrated module (IAM) and has 4 axes, also called inverter slots. In addition, it is fit for the shunt modules but requires filler modules to deal with the unused axes slots. This module allows flexible mounting across the Kinetix platform. Users can install either a 200V or 400V integrated module into one of its 3 filler slots. It can be done by securing screws. Apart from these specs, the installation part of this unit is critical. Users should observe guidelines while mounting this unit. For example, the enclosure must have space, usually a slot for the power rail, before installation, and the user should be aware of the mounting slot's size. Besides that, users can secure a bolt that holds the subpanel and the power rail together by applying 45.0 pounds on an inch (lb-in) of torque. Henceforth, the installation is finished when the user connects the bonded cabinet ground to the braid grounded strap. The fourth slot on the power rail is designated for a converter IAM unit. Other than that, users should also ensure that the guidelines set by the manufacturer for mounting and other significant maintenance control are being followed during the installation or maintenance of this module.
