The Allen-Bradley 2097-V31PR2-LM is a single-phase indexing servo drive. The single-axis servo control drive belongs to the Kinetix 350 family of drives and provides efficient and flexible control of industrial servo motors. This drive is equipped with the Safe Torque-off functionality, enabling a hazard-free operating environment. This drive has a rated nominal input voltage of 120 to 240 volts alternating current (AC) at a frequency range of 48 to 62 hertz, as well as a rated input current of 15 amperes. This drive is designed with a built-in control module with a 500-milliampere backup input current and a rated back-up input voltage of 20 to 26 volts direct current (DC). It does not include an integrated AC line filter. Its continuous power output is specified at 0.8 kilowatts at a nominal voltage of 240 volts and 120 volts using a voltage doubler. This Allen Bradley drive is designed with an internal shunt with a shunt on rating of 390 volts DC and a shunt off rating of 375 volts DC. Its short circuit current rating is specified at 100,000 amperes rms and the overvoltage protection rating is 430 volts DC. The 2097-V31PR2-LM servo drive uses Ethernet/IP protocols for communication and is equipped with LEDs for status, diagnostics, and network indication. Its temperature range of operation is specified as 0 to 40 ºC (32 to 104 ºF) with a relative humidity rating of 5 to 95% non-condensing. This drive was designed to be used at altitudes of up to 1500 meters without de-rating.
