The 2098-DSD-010 is an Ultra3000 digital servo drive with AC input voltage of 100 to 240 Volts rms single-phase and AC input frequency of 47 to 63 Hertz. The AC input current is 9 Amperes nominally (rms) and can go up to 100 Amperes for Series A or B and 20 Amperes for Series C. The continuous output current rating is 5 Amperes and intermittent output current is 15 Amperes. The bus capacitance is 1880 µF. The bus overvoltage trip limit is 400 Volts DC. The drive has energy absorption capability of 125 J at 115 Volts AC input and 51 J at 230 Volts AC input. The continuous power output is 0.5 kW at 115 Volts AC input and 1.0 kW at 230 Volts AC input. The recommended fuses are Class CC FNQ-R-10 and Class J LPJ-10SP.

The maximum power dissipation is 48 watts. The drive uses 3-phase space vector modulated sinusoidal communication. The drive weighs 2.1 kilograms (4.6 pounds) and works in ambient temperature of 0 to 55°C. It can be stored in a wider temperature range of -40 to 70°C (-40 to 158°F) and relative humidity of 5 to 95% (non-condensing). The drive can operate without derating up to 1500 meters above sea level (4921.5 feet) and after that has a derating of 3% for every 300 meters (984.3 feet). The unit tolerates vibrations of 2.5 g peak with 0.0006 millimeters (0.015 inches) maximum displacement for frequency range of 5 to 2000 Hertz and shock of 15 g at 11 ms half sine.
