The 2098-DSD-HV030-DN is an Allen Bradley servo drive module that is part of the Ultra3000 servo drive series. The module inputs a three phase power input of 230-480 VAC, with an input frequency of 47–63 Hz, and nominal input current of 4 A. It outputs a continuous 3 KW power and a nominal current of 7 A. It comes with an internal resistance of 120 ohms and bus capacitance of 470 μF. The module has shunt on and off at 750 VDC and 800 VDC, and bus over voltage of 810 VDC. The fuse of the module can tolerate the input voltage of up to 460 V and the recommended fuses are LPJ-55P, Class J, and KTR-R-5, Class J. The module comes with 8 Isolated 12 to 24 V digital Inputs and 4 Isolated 12 to 24 V digital outputs, with 1 normally open relay output at 30 VDC maximum. The module is reliable with an I/O response of 100 μ sec and Baud rate of 4 and 8 Megabits with node address of 01-99. The circuit breaker 140M-F8E-C32 is recommended to use with this 2098-DSD-HV100X module. The maximum power loss of this mode is 175, plus added dissipative shunt. The drive comes with the storage and operating temperature of about -40 to 158 ℉ and 32 to 131℉ respectively with relative humidity of 5 to 95%. The module can tolerate up to 15g shock and vibration up to 2.5g at (5-2000 Hz) and the weight of the module is approximately 18.8 lbs.
