The 2098-DSD-HV050 is an Allen Bradley Ultra 3000 Digital Servo Drive (DSD). The 2098-DSD-HV050 is specifically designed for position control applications. The 2098-DSD-HV050 supports both HMI and SCADA systems. This drive is capable of positioning devices that are powered by various servo motors. The 2098-DSD-HV050 has a three-phase input voltage rating of 230 to 460 volts AC (alternating current). The 2098-DSD-HV050 requires an input current of 7 amperes nominal for operation at a frequency range of 50 to 60 hertz. This drive has a continuous output current rating of 11 amperes from zero (0) to peak, as well as an intermittent output current rating of 22 amperes from zero (0) to peak. This device has a rated bus capacitance of 470 microfarad and an internal shunt resistance of 120 ohms. The bus overvoltage rating of the 2098-DSD-HV050 is 810 volts DC (direct current).
