The 2098-IPD-005 is part of the Ultra 5000 intelligent positioning drives product line. This module has a single-phase AC input voltage of 100 to 240 volts and a continuous output current of 2.5 amps with a peak current of 7.5 amps. This drive also has a nominal input current of 5 Amps RMS and an AC input frequency of 47 to 63 Hertz. It can absorb 51 joules of energy and produce 0.5 kilowatts of continuous electricity at 230 volts ac. On the front panel, it has 28-pin CN1A and 14-pin CN1B signal interfaces. The manufacturer should include double-row, pluggable, spring-clamp interfaces with 3.5mm separation with the drive. The 15-pin CN2 for motor feedback, 9-pin CN3A for main serial interface, and CN3B for supplemental serial port are all standard high-density D-shell signal interfaces. It comes with one setup handbook that contains all of the users' configuration, operating, and storage information. There's also a screwdriver, and two I/O socket plugs supplied. It also contains a standard clear plastic terminal strip cover. The plastic cover should not be removed since it could be used to provide a physical barrier and protection for the drive when installed on the power terminal strip. Furthermore, because this drive is classified as an IEC controller, it must be housed within an enclosure that conforms with the enclosure's standards. In addition, take advantage of easy module access, adequate cable bend radius, and enough clearance, maintain minimal clearances of 0.5 inches on sides and 2 inches on top and bottom.
