The PowerFlex 70 series adjustable frequency AC drive 20AD022A0AYNANC0 has a voltage rating of 480 Volts AC with three-phase (six pulse) operation which gives it an Ampere rating of 22 and power rating of 11 kW or 15 hp. The drive has D frame and enclosure is rated for IP20 or NEMA/UL Type 1 panel mount with an operating temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius (32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit). This model does not have a built-in HIM such as a keypad or LCD screen. It is equipped with an IGBT brake and no internal brake resistor. The drive has no communication slot and enhanced control with no feedback. The drive has a sensorless vector control and volts per hertz control along with vector control with FORCE Technology designed to work with or without an encoder. This can be implemented for open loop, closed loop and precision torque and speed regulation purposes. The output frequency range is 0 to 500 Hertz and overload capacity for normal duty application is 110% for 60 seconds and 150% for 3 seconds. This increases to 150% for 60 seconds and 200% for 3 seconds for heavy duty applications. The drive has two analog inputs (one bipolar voltage or current and one unipolar voltage or current), one analog output (unipolar voltage or current), one PTC input, six digital inputs (24 Volts DC or 115 Volts AC) and two form C relay outputs. The drive has certification for ABS, c-UL-us, CE, EAC, IEC, KCC, and RoHS.
