The 20BD034A3AYNAND0 is a drive powered by AC and it's part of the family called the PowerFlex 700 with an IP20 or Type 1 enclosure from Allen-Bradley. This ac powered device has a 2 frame size with vector control at 120 Volts I/O. It has a brake IGBT fitted, but no brake resistor on the drive. It has a fast-acting current limit combined with bus voltage regulation, allowing for maximum acceleration or deceleration without tripping the drive. It also has a high-speed analog input for better torque and speed response from the drive. The flying start is another characteristic of this Allen-Bradley drive, which ensures a smooth and immediate connection to spinning loads. The position indexer or speed profiler on this device employs a 16-step indexer for point-to-point positioning. This is accomplished by slip compensation, which provides a speed control of at least 0.5 percent without the use of feedback hardware.
