The 22-RF012-BL is an EMC line filter for PowerFlex devices. It belongs to the Allen Bradley type L product line that features EMC line filters. In addition, this module comes with an IP20 open type enclosure and is mountable via Panel mounting. This module can generate a rated output power of 0.4 kilowatts (kW) to 3.7 kilowatts (kW), while its horsepower rating ranges from 0.5 horsepower (Hp) to 5 horsepower (Hp). It is a three-phase unit with a frequency rating of 50 to 60 hertz (Hz). The input power requirement of this EMC line filter is 480 Volts AC. This line filter is designed for the Power Flex adjustable frequency drives. It is most compatible with the PowerFlex 4M-4-40-40P AC drive. In addition, it meets with the CE, c-Tick, GOST, KC, UL, and other standards. These same standards are accepted worldwide for industrial parts and machine equipment. This EMC filter passes through rigorous testing by the manufacturer before its distribution. In addition, the unit has a compact design that is cost effective and helps save space. Also, it is flexible to mount and easy to manage. However, the operators that use this unit should read the environment variables to keep it from damages such as excessive heat or electrostatic discharge. Human contact with this device is not dangerous, but it is instructed that only trained personnel use it in the industry wide set-up. This EMC line filter was designed to be used within indoor environments only, thus the IP20 enclosure rating.
