The 22A-A8P0N104 module is a PF4 AC drive. Allen Bradley Rockwell Automation makes the device for the AC motor control, Speed and other optimization tasks in a typical industrial plant. Concerning the power requirements of this module, it's a three-phase, 200 VAC class drive, and the drive produces 2.0 amperes of output current and 2.0 horsepower (1.5 kilowatts) of output power. It also has an 0-400 hertz output frequency range.
Additionally, the drive has been developed with speed control in mind. It includes sensorless vector control capabilities and can automatically give auto-boost, IR compensation, and slip compensation. It also allows for installation in ungrounded systems Because this drive includes the MOV function. A pre-charged relay is also included in this device, which helps to minimize the inrush current to the engine. As a result, it aids in protecting it from the negative impacts and excessive consumption caused by high inrush current levels.
Moreover, this adjustable AC drive also has a dynamic brake resistor. Which works by dispersing surplus energy in heat, and the drive can conduct dynamic braking. The drive has an enclosure type of IP20 / NEMA UL Type Open supported by zero stacking. Additionally, it comes with a brake, and it also has an LED display. The drive also has a CE compliant filter and comes with a keypad for input type. The drive also supports the safe torque off feature and comes with an integrated Step Logic technology. Overall, this drive is compliant with most of the control technology features and can be compatible with the underlying hardware.
