Part number 22B-D6P0F104 is an adjustable frequency AC drive, also known as a variable frequency drive. This variable frequency drive is an AC drive that provides torque and speed regulation to AC (alternating current) motors. It is part of the PowerFlex 40 series from Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This drive requires 480 volts AC as an input power requirement. Additionally, this drive has a rated current of 6.0 amperes, as well as a power rating of 3 horsepower (Hp). The input voltage class of this drive is 240 volts at a 50 to 60 hertz frequency, three-phase with no filter. In addition, it comes with a flange mount and an IP20, NEMA/UL open-type enclosure. The filter on this VFD is not compliant with the CE, though. However, it can integrate with the RS-485 port for network configuration and communication. The operator interface on this is controlled via a keypad. It is also the primary input type for this unit. The same keypad comes with the 4 digit display setting and includes 10 LED (light emitting diode) indicators. These indicators are helpful for the aided control of the operators. This drive may be mounted via a DIN rail, which is also used for frames A and B. In addition, this drive contains a serial convertor which helps provide solid connectivity solutions to any controller. This device has an ambient operating temperature range of -10 to 50 degrees Celsius. The ambient storage temperature of this device is -40 to 85 degrees Celsius.
