The 22C-B049A103 is a PowerFlex 400 module that offers an input voltage of 240 Volts AC. It is used for various applications such as pump and fan applications. It is an ideal solution for speed adjustment and regulation in adjustable torque fan and pump applications.

The 22C-B049A103 has an input that can be linked to a fire regulator board or other fire safety applications to allow regulation of the drive to be superseded. A purge response will initiate the drive at a programmable purge speed irrespective of the selected start source. The purge can happen and is active at any time whether the drive is interrupted or the drive is operating. The command by purge will take precedence over a stop command from network or comm port and over SW enable command from terminal block. It can be integrated into fire alarm arrangements or interconnected using cooling coils through a function loss response on the drive. The drive will immediately coast to a halt if the functioning is affected by issuing any error upon opening of the input. The drive will only be permitted to resume operation as soon as alarm state is cleared and the drive error is reset. It has embedded input and output channels with 7 sink/source discrete inputs, 1 open output, 2 form C contact discrete outputs, and 2 analog inputs of 0-10 Volts DC and 0 to 20 milliamperes.
