The 22F-A011N103 by Allen Bradley is a PowerFlex 4M series adjustable frequency AC drive. This drive provides the users a compact and cost-effective speed control device for motors. These drives are made for powerful speed control with an extremely user-friendly design. This drive is equipped with a fixed keypad which is used as the primary input interface, or human interaction module (HIM). The 22F-A011N103 of the PowerFlex 4M series of drives has a one-phase input rating 200 to 240 volts with a 10% tolerance, as well as a three-phase output rating of 0 to 230 volts with an AC supply. The output power rating of this drive is 2.2 kilowatts, or the equivalent of 3.0 horsepower, with an output current of 11 amperes. The input voltage range is 180 to 265 volts, with a kVA rating of 5.9 kVA and an input current of 24.3 amperes. This drive has a Bulletin 140M motor circuit protector that extends the ratings without adding a branch circuit protection. This allows smaller conductors in a group motor installation which proves to be cost-effective. The part number for the protector used in this drive is 140M-F8E-C32 with thermal overload release setting the range of 23 to 32 amperes and the magnetic release response current of 416 amperes. The contractor part number is 100-C30, with a short-circuit current of 10 kA. This drive has physical dimensions that measure 6.85 inches x 3.94 inches x 5.35 inches, or the equivalent of 17.4 centimeters x 10.0 centimeters x 13.6 centimeters (height x width x depth). The enclosure rating of this device is IP20.
