The 22F-D024N104 belongs to the Powerflex 4M series from Allen-Bradley. Unlike other modules, it supports only one control method, being the volts / hertz control performance. For communication, it comes with the RS-485 communication protocol. To make installation easier, this drive comes with a zero-stack feature. Also, thanks to the fast and efficient OS, configuring this module is also very easy. Using this drive, users can easily program other industrial components such as graphics terminals, controllers, motors, and other heavy-duty appliances. Users can also set their own function blocks. Users can also add their own command definitions. To protect the built-in RS-485 port, this drive must be placed inside a NEMA/UL-rated enclosure. For making configuration easier, users can connect an external mouse and a keyboard to this drive.  

The 22F-D024N104 should be installed on mounts that have a thickness of 1.9 millimeters. The required clearance for the bottom and the low section is 76.2 millimeters. The purpose of this space clearance is smooth airflow. If air circulation is obstructed, this drive can get overheated. The maximum operating temperature is 85 degrees Celsius.
