The Allen-Bradley 2711-B6C10 is a discontinued PanelView 600 operator terminal manufactured as part of the PanelView 600 series. The human-machine interface (HMI) module is designed to enable the operator to interface with their machine. This HMI comes with a color display that measures 5 inches diagonally. Also, the user of the 2711-B6C10 operator terminal can control the HMI via the keypad or touchscreen to input data and information. It uses 85 – 264 volts AC input power and has an internal memory of 240 kilobytes. The terminal also has an optional internal backlight replacement part 2711-NL5, with an approximated shipment weight of 6 pounds and measurements of 14 x 11 x 8 inches. It features DeviceNet terminals for communicating and connecting at the device level over DeviceNet link though I/O, server explicit, listen-only messaging, or client explicit. The HMI connects to the ControlLogix, SLC, and PLC controllers on the link which uses a DeviceNet Scanner Module. It also has direct access functionality which helps to minimize the ladder logic.
