The obsolete 2711-K9A8 is a PanelView 900 operator terminal manufactured by Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation designed to enable the operator to interface with the various machine. This terminal comes with a human-machine interface (HMI) with a 9-inch monochrome display. The users control the HMI with the help of keypad to enter data and information. The 2711-K9A8 terminal uses a power of 120 volts AC power and has an internal memory of 1008 kilobytes. Where necessary, this unit has a non-replaceable internal backlight part number. It approximately weighs about 8 lbs and measures 18 x 14 x 8 inches when shipped. It features a Data Highway Plus terminals that can provide point-to-point communication using one controller and network communication with several controllers via the DH+ network by Allen Bradley. Direct access to the controller data files reduces the ladder logic.
