The 2711-K9C10 is a discontinued PanelView 900 operator terminal manufactured by Allen Bradley as part of the PanelView 900 product line. The 2711-K9C10 operator terminal is designed to enable the user to interact with different machines. It has a human-machine interface with a 9-inch color display. Also, the user can control the HMI through the keypad, which is used to input data and information. The terminal operates on power voltage or 120 volts AC, with an internal memory of 1008 kilobytes. If necessary, this unit comes with an optional internal backlight part number 2711-NL2 for replacement. It also features an approximate shipping weight of 8 lbs and dimensions of 18 x 14 x 8 inches. It also features DeviceNet terminals that communicate and connects at device level over DeviceNet link using client explicit, listen-only messaging, I/O, or server explicit. Besides, these PanelView terminals can connect to the SLC, PLC, and ControlLogix controllers over the link, which uses the DeviceNet Scanner Module. Direct access to data reduces ladder logic. DeviceNet networks have support for cyclic, change-of-state, peer-to-peer, and polled messaging to enhance effective communication.
