The 2711-T10C15L1 is a terminal manufactured and branded by Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation. It is a component of the PanelView 1000 series of terminals that are perfect for effective interfacing with instruments and machines. The operator of the 2711-T10C15L1 terminal can easily input the information and commands with the use of a touch screen. It has a 10.1-inch multicolored display with clear visuals and graphics that enable easy readability and fast machine control capability. A durable NEMA Type 12/13 or 4X enclosure is provided for each module to provide protection and safety in an industrial environment.

The PanelView 1000 terminal 2711-T10C15L1 runs on a 24 Volt DC power supply. A total of 256,000 bytes of memory is required for data files, application, and other tools which are available in the terminal. A printer port and ControlNet port are also available for adaptable communication and for interconnecting other devices and tools. The ControlNet port is used for connecting the 2711-T10C15L1 terminal to PLC-5 or ControlLogix controllers with a 1756-CNB module. The RS-232 port can be connected to an RS-232 serial port of computer for transferring data and other applications. The terminal comes with many prominent features like power connection terminal for linking and connecting the Panel View 1000 terminal to the external power supply unit. It has a memory card slot for extra applications memory and a reset button for restarting the terminal. A sealing gasket is also available in the terminal for securing the front part of the terminal to an enclosed space.
