The premium permanent magnet rotary low inertia servo motor MPL-A1530U-EJ42AA has a voltage class of 200 Volts and a frame size of 63 millimeters with a 3 inch magnetic stack and a 7000 rpm rated speed. This MP-series low inertia servo motor has 40% higher torque per volume compared to conventional models. It uses high-energy rare-earth magnets that make fast acceleration possible. It also has highly engineered winding insulation material that improves the thermal management and heat transfer resulting in the extended performance. The motors are UL listed, CSA certified, and CE marked per the need of the application. It has single turn high resolution encoder and a shaft key. The overall motor dimensions are 96.4 x 171.2 x 55 millimeters (3.8 x 6.74 x 2.17 inches). Based on the 20,000 hour bearing fatigue life the radial load force rating is 15 kilograms (32 pounds) at full speed and axial load is 4 Kilograms (8 pounds). With no radial load, the axial load for full speed increases to 9 Kilograms (19 pounds). The operating temperature range of the motor is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius (32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit) and storage is over a more extreme temperature range of -30 to 70 degrees Celsius (-22 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit) with a relative humidity range of 5 to 95% with no condensation allowed, as well as noncorrosive atmosphere. The motor can withstand shock of 20g peak at a 6 millisecond duration and vibration of 2.5g for frequency ranging from 30 to 2000 Hertz. The housing is aluminum, shaft is 39NiCrMo3 (1144 steel), and shaft key is carbon steel.
