 The Allen Bradley's MPL-B4530F-MJ22AA is the appropriate choice for industrial applications that require a motion system having high precision (multiturn encoder feedback), low weight, and high performance. It is a flange-mounted servo motor with clearance holes (also known as free holes). It has 130 millimeters of frame size, as per the international standard IEC 72 - 1. It is a synchronous, alternating current (AC) as well as a brushless type motor to provide higher torques and speeds. Its efficiency is 40 percent more than the other motors of the same size( and weight; approximately 7.3 kilograms).

MPL-B4530F-MJ22AA uses permanent magnets (PM) on the rotor rather than windings, offering a compact design having low inertia. A 3 inches stack is used to attach these magnets, rare earth magnets, to the rotor. Armature winding is around on slots on stator runs alternating current through it and belongs to class B. This class of products requires 400Volts. And it can rotate the rotor with the maximum/ rated speed of 3000 revolutions per minute. This motor can provide continuous 8.25newton meters of stall torque and a peak of 20.3newton meters of stall torque. Its rated output is 2.1 kilowatts, and the rotor has 0.00040 kilogram- meter squared of inertia. This Kinetix MPL motor is capable of working with the highest radial load of 73 kilograms and axial load of 21 kilograms, at that radial load, with rated speed. At 500 rpm, the limit of radial load increases to 133 kilograms, and axial load increase to 45 kilograms.
