The Allen-Bradley VPL-B1304E-PJ14AA is a compact brushless servo motor that can be used by operators to meet the performance characteristics required in high-performance control and automation systems. The operator can provide shields to the motor housing and other critical components of the motor housing to prevent damage to the motor during operation and increase its service life. If the motor is operated in environments that expose the components of the motor to large amounts of dust and lubricating oil, the shaft seal can be installed on the front bearing as a protective device. The connector style of the motor is highly advanced and integrates the brake, power, and feedback signals with a single connector that can be identified by the variable number in the catalog of the servo motor. The motor uses single motor cables that belong to the 2090-series to isolate the signals within the cable and ensure that the motor is compatible with a high-performance system. The cables are insulated to prevent thermal damage.
