The 1715-OF8I is Rockwell Automations 8-point Analog output module. It is manufactured by Allen Bradley. It comes with an output display unit that is used to keep a check on status and health of the module. It is one of the very easy to use modules as it requires no additional hardware or programming. Moreover it offers great flexibility as it supports multiple configurations. So this is basically an 8 channel module and has 260 mA backplane current at 18 to 32 V. The signal current is 4 to 20 mA with an isolation voltage of 50 V. These modules are coated conformally and meet different important standards such as ANSI/ISA-S71.04-2013, CEI IEC 60654-4:1987, CEI IEC 60654-4:1987 and MIL-1-46058C to ASTM-G21.
