Its static RAM allows up to 48 kilobytes of memory, which is supported from an interchangeable battery. If used on data transmission speed of 57.6 kilobits per second it will take 10 milliseconds, in case used at 115.2 kilobits per second it will take 7 milliseconds, and in case used at 230.4 kilobits per second it will spend only 3 milliseconds. The processor 4 Data Highway Plus communication modules allow the users many options. It allows creation of local networks, supports programing remotely and data acquisition. The module possesses serial ports, which are configurable according RS-232-C, 422-A and 423-A configuration standards. The unit operates with a 3.3 amps backplane at current load of 5 volts. The processor is known as a highly reliable unit and its value is well kept over the years.
