The Allen-Bradley 1790D-T8BV8B is a CompactBlock LDX base module. The module also comes equipped with eight universal sourcing outputs and eight universal input modules. The module is able to accept both non-isolated sourcing and non-isolated sinking-type inputs. The 1790D-T8BV8B has requires an on-state minimum voltage of 9.6 volts DC. The on-state voltage is typically 24 VDC and can increase to a maximum of 28.8 VDC. At 28.8 volts DC, the module has an on-state current rating of 8 mA per point. This CompactLogix unit has a maximum off-state voltage rating of 5 VDC and a nominal input impedance rating of 4.8 kiloohms. Each of the input and output points has its own LED status indicator. The module's output points can either be sourcing or non-isolation type outputs. The Allen-Bradley 1790D-T8BV8B CompactBlock LDX base module comes with a minimum on-state voltage rating of 10 volts DC for the eight output points.
