The 100S-C09EJ14BC is an ideal option for applications with low power requirements. The safety contactor is required in feedback control systems for safety in modern applications. The mechanically linked auxiliary contacts of the module do not change their state when a power pole weld. This safety mechanically linked contactor is also known as a positively guided contactor. The model 100S-C09EJ14BC features three power poles and offers up to five auxiliary contacts (1 NO, 4 NC). The safety contactors have a quick response time compared to the normal contactors. The contact opening time response of a safety contactor is approximate 20 milliseconds. The contactor can be mounted on a DIN rail or in a panel. The 100S-C09EJ14BC is a compact contactor and does not have a large footprint. When mounting this contactor make sure to mount it in a vertical orientation as recommended by the manufacturer. The 100S-C09EJ14BC contactor features a protection rating of IP2X against accidental finger touches. This module is resistant against shocks according to the IEC60068-2-27 test, as well as resistant against vibration according to the IEC60068-2-6 test. The storage temperature of the 100S-C09EJ14BC contactor is a maximum of 80 degrees Celsius, with a maximum operating temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. The coils used in the 100S series of contactors have a Class F per IEC 60085, UL Class 105 rating. The coil has a frequency rating of 50/60 Hz.
