Part number 140M-D8E-C25 is a motor protection auxiliary contact circuit breaker that was designed and produced by Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation. It has a DIN rail mounting mechanism and is mounted via the front side of the device. This device has a total of three (3) poles. This motor protection auxiliary contact breaker has a set of two contacts. One of these contacts are normally open (N.O.), while the other contact is normally closed (N.C.). This motor protection auxiliary contact circuit breaker has screw terminal connection with a front mounted auxiliary contact having one (1) or two (2) poles with no requirements of any additional ones. Only one (1) motor protection auxiliary contact circuit breaker may be used per device. This Allen-Bradley product, including the screw terminal, has a width that measures nine (9) millimeters. Additionally, this product has a D frame. This product has a highly magnetic trip. This device operates on 600 volts alternating current (AC), and it has current rating of 25 amperes. Its motor current adjustment range is 18 amperes to 25 amperes. Its shows magnetic current trips at 325 amperes. The maximum short circuit current of this device at 400 volts is 65 kiloamperes, and at 480 volts, the maximum short circuit current is 30 kiloamperes. The maximum 3-phase horsepower ratings of this device include 7.5 Hp at 200 volts, 7.5 Hp at 230 volts, 20 Hp at 460 volts, 20 Hp at 575 volts. Additionally, the maximum three-phase alternating current ratings are 5.5 kW at 230 volts, 11 kW at 400 volts to 415 volts, 15 kW at 500 volts, and 22 kW at 690 volts.
