Part number 150-A09NB was created and designed by Allen Bradley as a part of the SMC-2 smart motor controller product line. This module by Allen Bradley is a flexible, multi-functional, and compact solid-state regulator that is used by operators to activate induction motors, specifically three (3) phase squirrel-cage motors. This device may work in three (3) modes, such as soft-start, full voltage start, and current limit start. This device has a rated input line voltage of three hundred and eighty (380) volts alternating current (AC) to four hundred and eighty (480) volts alternating current (AC), three-phase at a frequency range of fifty (50) to sixty (60) hertz. This device has a protection module located on the line side and load side, with a voltage of four hundred and eighty (480) volts alternating current (AC). The maximum wattage of this device is 2.2 kilowatts at two hundred and twenty (220) volts, four (4) kilowatts at three hundred and eighty (380) to four hundred and fifteen (415) volts, and 5.5 kilowatts at five hundred (500) volts. Additionally, the maximum rated horsepower of this device is two (2) horsepower at two hundred (200) volts, two (2) horsepower at two hundred and thirty (230) volts, five (5) horsepower at four hundred and sixty (460) volts, and 7.5 horsepower at five hundred and seventy-five (575) volts. This Allen Bradley product has a controller rating of nine (9) amperes. The device also contains an energy-saving option that may be used to minimize the waste of energy on applications.
