The Allen Bradley 150-F361NBD is a variable speed motor controller which has input line voltage requirement of two hundred to four hundred and sixty (200-460) volts alternating current (AC) with three phases, a 50 and 60 hertz (Hz) frequency, and a control voltage of one hundred to two hundred and forty (100 to 240) volts AC. Output current rate is 361 amperes with rated power of 300 HP at 460VAC or 500 HP at 460VAC (delta connection). This a heavy duty industrial drive for also hard to drive loads. The drive can use many control methods, such as soft start/stop (which is usually used), current limit start, selectable kick start, preset slow speed, and coast-to-rest, as well as many other methods not stated. The slow speed motion has many presets and options available, especially those that are pump oriented. During the starting and normal running modes, the controller microcomputer monitors the possible fault conditions, such as start fault, line fault, temperature fault, and stalled motor fault and if any of the conditions exist, the controller shut down the output voltage and turns the appropriate alarm LEDs on. There are also many other faults but all of them can be monitored by integrated LEDs or by display on the front side. For the programming parameters purpose, the handheld device is used. The operating temperature range for this product is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and the storage temperature range is -20 to +75 degrees Celsius. This drive is mounted with an open enclosure.
