The 193-DNENCAT is an Ethernet/IP communication auxiliary module that belongs to the Bulletin 193 series of products. This module was designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This module connects the DeviceNet network and the Ethernet/IP network together. It offers a mode of communication to devices which use the DeviceNet network to be able to communicate with scanners that are Ethernet/IP based. Such devices include the Bulletin 193 overload relays, as well as the Bulletin 592 E3 Plus relays. For configuration of the module, the communication auxiliary module consists of a web server that is internal. 

The power supply required for operating this device should be rated 24 volts DC. It is mandatory for the device to meet the requirements for the National Electric Code Class 2. Adequate measures are necessary as this device can easily cause radio disturbance. The type of topology supported by the device is star Ethernet topology, whereby all the Ethernet nodes are connected back to the central hub, or Ethernet switch, forming a shape of the star. This module can be mounted via a panel mount.  When mounted, this module requires a minimum space allowance of 37.4 millimeters all around the device. This allowance will allow for proper ventilation and wiring. Failure to allow for space will lead to this module derating. It is recommended that the DeviceNet shielded cables be used for connections, however other DeviceNet cables are acceptable. The device has been tested by the Underwriter Laboratory and other private testing facilities and has been found to comply with their requirements.

Because of the high volume of outgoing and incoming shipments on a day to day basis, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on items ordered mistakenly or part numbers ordered incorrectly.
