The 193-EECB E1 Plus improved electronic overload relay is an IEC 3-phase module with a trip class of 1 to 5 Amps that may be selected. It is developed and intended for use with IEC contactor sizes 100-C09 to C23. It has both manual and automated reset options, as well as side-mounted modules that are optional. This electronic overload relay has a 5:1 adjustable ratio and a kilowatt rating of 0.25 to 2.2 kilowatts. Other 193-EECB overload relay specs include a minimal kilowatt capacity of 0.25 kilowatts at 415 Volts and a maximal rating of 2.2 kilowatts at 415 Volts. It has an IP 20 container rating and a rated operating voltage of 690 Volts AC. The motor FLC rating of the device is 1 amp with a maximum rating of 5 amperes.

The Allen-Bradley 193-EECB overload relay offers a 5:1 broad current adjustment ratio, which decreases inventory needs greatly. It also has incredibly low heat production, which results in more cooling panels and switchboards. The device is self-powered, therefore no external power source is necessary. Other features of the 193-EECB module include advanced phase failure detection with a typical time of 3 seconds for improved motor protection. It has low voltage compatible connections rated at 17 volts and 5 milliamps, making it appropriate for use with PLC systems. To facilitate simple integration into the control circuit, the device features trip and alarm connections with 1 usually open and 1 normally closed contact. Furthermore, the 193-EECB relay has a unique latching mechanism as well as stronger power connections for improved mechanical connections with the Bulletin 100-C contractors for more robust construction.
