The Allen-Bradley 440N-Z21SS2H is a SensaGuard non-contact switch designed for industrial safety applications. The switch has a contact configuration of 2 normally closed (NC) contacts and 1 normally open (NO) contact and Micro M12 connection type. It has 2 PNP outputs and 1 PNP auxiliary contact. The sensor switch has a supply voltage rating of 24 volts DC and a maximum output current of 200 milliamperes. The switch operates based on RFID sensing and can detect objects at an assured sensing distance of 18 mm (0.71 inches) and has a switching distance of 15 mm.

The 440N-Z21SS2H SensaGuard switch is equipped with 8-pin micro M12 connector and quick connect 6-inch pigtail for easy installation and maintenance. The switch can be connected to a standard safety relay models MSR126, MSR127, MSR200/300 family, SmartGuard and Safety I/O Blocks. The switch is housed in an IP67K rated plastic enclosure with a standard type, plastic rectangular sensor, rectangular coded actuator. It comes with a 6-inch pigtail connector. The switch has physical dimensions of 24.99 mm x 88.14 mm x 20.65 mm.
