The 592-BOV169 is a NEMA size one overload relay module by Allen Bradley Rockwell Automation. This product belongs to the 592 eutectic alloy series. This electronic overload relay module is an excellent protective module, especially for the applications that need protection against overheating for motors and motor controllers. The input voltage range of this module is 120 to 600V AC, while its maximum continuous current rating is 40 amperes while its maximum switching current rating is 40.0 amperes. In addition, it has three poles, and its mounting type is the panel. Aside from that, this module weighs 5.00 pounds, while its dimensions are 45 x 4 x 4 inches. As far as the 592 series of overload relays is concerned, it is a thermal type eutectic alloy relay with a manual reset. The overload relay is created to safeguard the motor, motor controller, and power wire from overheating due to large overcurrents when used in conjunction with sufficient short circuit protection. These relays, too, are supplied with an optical indicator that flashes when the relay has failed.

Furthermore, the manufacturers include a manual contact test module as default.
