The 592-EC2CC is an E3 Plus overload relay, and it is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This device is a solid-state overload relay, and the main function of this device is to protect single-phase or three-phase squirrel cage induction motors. This relay device belongs to the 592 E3 overload relay series from Allen-Bradley. This overload relay has the features of DeviceLogix integration through DeviceNet communication to improve control flexibility. The function block programs are configured and uploaded to this overload relay to operate single logic routines with the help of RSNetWorx. This overload relay's network performance is extendable with the use of the EtherNet/IP communication auxiliary option, and it will help for seamless communication over the EtherNet/IP network. This overload relay is used for ground fault protection due to RMS current sensing features. This overload relay incorporates zero-sequence for low-level sensing capability, and it is adjustable for the trip setting from 20 mA to 5 Amps. This overload relay comes with a built-in system that provides phase loss protection, stall protection, jam detection, undercurrent protection, current imbalance protection, and over-temperature protection. This device also offers remote tripping capability. The maximum operating voltage is 690 volts AC and an adjustable trip range from 5 to 25 Amps. This relay module comes with fully integrated I/O in the form of four inputs and two outputs.
