It is used for heavy duty functions in various industries. This device was designed and produced by the company known as Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This product was designed to offer ease in applications and enhanced safety functionality. This device has a total of eight (8) normally open (NO) contacts. It has a rated control voltage of twenty-four (24) volts direct current (DC). The contact current rating of this Allen Bradley device is 10 amperes via an alternating current (AC) input. This device has a total of eight (8) poles. The maximum power used by this control relay is indicated as 600 volts direct current (DC). The coil rating of this device is 32 volts direct current (DC). This industrial control relay is capable of being mounted via a DIN rail. Additionally, the enclosure of this device is that of an open type. This means that the enclosure offers protection to the electrical components that are sensitive, but it does not offer protection against the intrusion of foreign matter, such dust and tiny particles, as well as moisture. Therefore, the device is only limited to indoor use.

The device is also CE listed to mean that it meets the highest environmental, health and safety requirements for it to be sold within the European Economic area.
