The Hazardous location pilot light 800G-DLC3Y is a latch mount power module with cable termination. It has a rated insulation of 300 Volts which is limited by the cable rating (not the contact rating). The voltage rating is 250 Volts AC and 24 Volts DC with corresponding operating currents of 16-10 Amperes and 1 Ampere. The thermal continuous current is 16 Amperes at 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) and 11 Amperes at 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). The rated voltage for contacts per UL is 600 Volts AC/DC and make/break current limit is 0.2 Amperes with a thermal continuous test current of 5 Amperes. The short circuit protection is 10 Amperes slow blow, type DT, gl. The contact material is AgSnO2 and housing is thermoplastic. The mechanical life of the light is 1 million cycles. It has 2 contacts that can be any combination of normally closed and open. The storage temperature range is -55 to 70 degrees Celsius (-67 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit) and operating temperature range is -55 to 60 degrees Celsius (-67 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit). The wire length is 3 meters (9.8 feet) and cable size is 4 x 1.5 square millimeters (9.1 millimeters or 0.36 inches OD). The insulation rating of the light is 300 Volts and power consumption is less than a Watt. The certification includes PTB 01, ATEX 1039, and UL E10314, and it is suitable to use in areas classified as II 2G Ex d IIC T6, and Class I Zone 1AEx d IIC T6.
