Allen Bradley?s 800H-FPX1A1 is a 30 mm, Type 7 and 9 plastic push-pull button having 1 normally closed (NC) contact and 1 normally closed late break (NCLB) contact. Designed without guards, this push-pull button has a green colored mushroom head that is non-illuminated. Rated at a minimum of 24 volts and 24 milliamperes standard contacts rating, it has a maximum thermal continuous current of 10 amperes AC and 2.5 amperes DC, as well as a maximum operating force of 8 pounds for push or pull operations.

Part number 800H-FPX1A1 is Allen Bradley's Type 7 and 9, Bulletin 800H series, push-pull unit designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation for the making and breaking of circuits. Fitted with plastic of Type 4/4X/13, its NCLB contacts are suitable for emergency stop applications, thus meeting IEC 60947-5-5, as well as EN ISO 13850, standards. This push-pull unit allows for minimum low-energy switching loads of 17 volts DC with a current of 5 milliamperes operating at design lifecycles of 1,000,000 at 24 volts DC with a rated current of 25 milliamperes. When operating with electric motor loads, its maximum duty contact ratings are 1.5 Hp at 120 volts AC, 3 Hp at 240 volts AC, and 10 amperes FLA/60 amperes LRA at 24 volts DC. Furthermore, this unit has a vibration resistance rated up to 5 G with a 0.7-millimeter peak-to-peak displacement and a sine sweep of 10 to 2000 Hz in line with IEC 60068-2-6 standard.

It can be stored and operated in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius and -40 to +40 degrees Celsius, respectively. The relative humidity range suitable for this device is 50% to 95% within a temperature range of 25 to 60 degrees Celsius. This device has Type 1/4/4X/12/13 protection and has a minimum mechanical lifecycle of 250,000 operations.
