The 808-K1 is an electromechanical low speed switch. It is part of the Bulletin 808 product family. This speed switch module is designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. It is also categorized as a zero speed switch. The fundamental technology used to manufacture this product is electromechanical. The device style of this speed switch is Style K. It is a low speed switch that is capable of providing excellent controls. This device is equipped with one (1) normally closed (NC) contact.

Additionally, this low speed switch has a rated speed of 15 to 80 revolutions per minute (rpm), which is used to apply contact and operation adjustment. Its maximum shaft speed is rated at 1200 revolutions per minute (rpm). As far as the mounting style of this speed switch is concerned, it can be mounted through a base mount. This product supports Type 1, 4, and 13 enclosures. On the contrary, its operation does not cover zero shaft speed controls because these speed switches, which are designed for low speed controls, are not compatible with the sensing shaft speed, which are typically less than 15 revolutions per minute (rpm). Aside from that, the usage of this module must meet the standards set by the manufacturers to avoid electrostatic discharge, contact with harmful substances, and any unwanted damage that might result in poor performance of this sensing device. This device has an operating temperature that should remain within the range of -30 to +66 degrees Celsius. Additionally, this device has a storage temperature that should remain within a range of -30 to +93 degrees Celsius.
