Part number 1440-VDRS06-00RH is an XM-160 direct vibration module. This device is ideal for detecting vibration in rotating equipment's axes, enclosure, or pedestal. When linked to an XM 441 expansion relay module, this direct vibration module is comprised of four (4) virtual switches or four (4) extra switches. This device also includes a single on-board relay. This direct vibration module is also comprised of one (1) tachometer channel. This channel receives an input from most speed monitoring detectors. The tachometer can detect speeds between one (1) and one-point-two (1.2) million revolutions per minute (rpm), with pulse rates between one (1) and fifty thousand (50,000) occurrences per rotation. This device also has two (2) channels for connecting common vibration. This sensory channel has a voltage output signal of twenty-four (24) volts direct current (DC) with a 0.19-ampere range. This device also offers signal processing, which can provide FFT processing and two (2) integration levels, with up to thirty (30) parameters being measured. This product is UL listed. The 1440-VDRS06-00RH includes two (2) isolated data outputs of four (4) to twenty (20) milliamperes (mA). It is a device that, in response to the movement of a control signal, establishes an electrical connection between two (2) or more places. The electromechanical relay, or EMR, is the most common and extensively used form of electrical relay. It is an IEPE accelerometer, which combines mechanical sensing devices of small size to measure acceleration, typically built on silicon, with microelectronic circuits. This Allen-Bradley product has an operational temperature that ranges from -20 to 65 degrees Celsius, or the equivalent of -4 to 149 degrees Fahrenheit.
