Part number 1492-ACABLE010X is an analog input module pre-wired cable that was designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This cable is employed with the 1756-IF16 because it arrives with an already wired extension lead. The wires that have already been wired are intended to make panel control wiring as quick and painless as feasible. Pre-wired connections between Allen-Bradley control system I/O units and single output blocks can be used with an analogue IFM to eliminate junction cabling. This wire's current quality is single ended. This cable measures out to a length of one (1) meter. This product is extremely beneficial for analog information; however it is not beneficial for binary codes. It is acceptable for use with feed board programmable logic controllers (PLCs), but not with output card programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This factory installed cable features a switchboard connector that is the size of a box. The pre-wired cable attachment is designed to boost machine building efficiency and minimize engineering and construction time. This accessory wire also cuts down on both connecting time and mistakes. The 1756-TBCH connection and the AIFM 25-Pin D-shell adapter connectors come with this pre-wired accessory. It has a fielded electrical contact on the side. Most of the pre-wired cables are wrapped, and they all have shielding to aid in decreasing analog signal corruption. Most networks have constructed output cabling with a ring lug at the I/O unit end of the connection to make connecting the wiring cover to the frame simpler. These devices have been properly evaluated for uniformity to ensure that they work flawlessly every time.
