The 1492-D1C010 is a single pole direct current circuit breaker with a continuous current rating of 1 Ampere. The miniature circuit breaker protects against overcurrent and short circuit for high voltage direct current circuits. It contains thermal electric breakers that are made from permanent magnets. This directs any arc into the arc splitters. It has dual terminals that offer very secured connection of up to four wires, or a combination of two wires and a bus bar. The unit also has a indicator light which is green when open and red when it trips shut. The design allows for easy upgrade of existing models using the suitable DIN rail mounting. It is possible to install up to six accessories on the same circuit breaker. The model is designed to minimize nuisance trips that are caused by shock and vibration from surrounding operations. The toggle mount has a lock out attachment that is used for the lock out tag out procedures. The product is RoHS compliant and fully recyclable. Its approximate dimensions are 17.5 x 88 x 69 millimeters. The terminals of the unit are made such that wiring misses are reduced. The printing on the model is scratch and solvent resistant. The unit is designed to be IP20 finger safe from all sides. The circuit breaker has C trip curve, and it has a voltage rating of 500 Volts direct current per UL and CSA; it has an interrupting capacity of 10 Kiloamperes per UL/CSA and IEC. The product is UL recognized, CSA certified and CE marked.
