Allen-Bradley’s Circuit Breaker Bulletin Supplementary Protector 1492-SPM1C010 is a single pole miniature. It is a 1 Ampere, 48 Volt DC, inductive protector with a C trip curve rating. Transformers, pilot devices, control circuits, and coils use this protector. However, it is a general purpose MCB 1492 SP series. It is a circuit breaker type MCB with a thermal-magnetic ripping Mechanism. The terminal contact is screw type. The rest actuator is a toggle switch type. One of the primary characteristics is C-tripping and instantaneous break time. The bulletin protector requires a DIN rail connector for mounting. The thermal-magnetic mechanism provides overcurrent protection for the equipment. The miniature circuit breakers come with a portfolio: pole variants, trip curves, and current ratings. This enables the bulletin to match the protection needs of your application.
The dimensions of the Bulletin Protector are 17.5 x 74 x 88 millimeters (L x W x D). Additional features of the 1492-SPM1C010 include its ability to fit extreme ambient conditions in the range of -25 to 55 degrees Celsius, its fast breaking time, ability to upgrade present installations, dual terminals that provide a more secure connection, terminal design that directs wires into terminals and prevents any wiring misses, no additional DIN rail space (contact options are already mounted), installation of up to six (6) accessories on the same circuit breaker, reversible line and load connections, three pole versions (1 + N, 2, 3 + N), RoHS compliance and fully-recyclable device, resistance to shock and vibrations preventing trip openings, an IP20 enclosure type rating, 0.5 to 63-Ampere circuit breakers, and both single and multi-pole toggle mount lock out attachments.
