Allen Bradley designed and manufactured the 800T-U29. This product is a potentiometer device. This device has a length that measures 30.5 millimeters. This is a Q series potentiometer device. Additionally, this product is a Type 4/13 potentiometer device. This device has single-turn action with 312 degrees of rotation. This potentiometer device is not suitable for class I, Division 2 applications. The 800T-U29 potentiometer is designed for use with type J potentiometers with shaft lengths of 7/8 inches (22.2 millimeters) and shaft diameters of 1/4 in (6.3 mm). Allen Bradley's 800T-U29 is part of the 800T series of products. A 10,000-ohm resistor is included. This device has a minimum operating temperature of -40 degrees Celsius, or -40 degrees Fahrenheit, and a maximum operating temperature of 55 degrees Celsius, or 131 degrees Fahrenheit.

This potentiometer has a mechanical hardware design lifespan of at least 25,000 operations. At maximum duty, this device requires an 18 to 14 AWG, as well as 18 to 10 AWG, sizes wires. The screw torque ranges from 6 to 8 lb-in on its terminals and the rotating torque ranges from 3 to 12 in-oz. Additionally, the stopping torque goes within 12 lb-in minimum.
