The Allen-Bradley 800T-XAP is a Sealed Switch Block that can be employed with 800T push buttons. This non-metallic device has one (1) N.O. and one N.C. This switch block can be employed in many industrial applications such as in conjunction with a PLC controller. This device comes without finger-safe guards. The 800T-XAP contains a single magnetic break. The contacts support a voltage of either 300 Volts DC or 600 Volts AC with a maximum current of 30 Amperes AC and 5 Amperes DC. These contacts support also a current of 3 Amperes for break and a current of 30 Amperes for make. This sealed switch block offers an operating force of 1.36 Kilograms (3 pounds) at plunger travel of 5.2 millimeters (0.205 inches). The block supports a vibration frequency range from 10 Hertz to 2 Kilohertz.

The 800T-XAP offers electrical isolation of 2200 Volts with electrical life cycles of one million and mechanical life cycles of two years. This device supports wires with a cross-section area range from 18 AWG to 14 AWG. The 800T-XAP can be stored in a safe environment that shouldn’t be full of condensation or corrosion at a temperature from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius (-40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit). The sealed switch block supports a non-condensing relative humidity range from 50% to 95%.
