It also has a trip class of 20, sizes 00...0 with full load amps of 8.49 and Size 1 with full load amps of 8.45, and a service factor higher than or equivalent to 1.15.

The Allen-Bradley W50 thermal overload heater element is a W-series component used in eutectic overload relay settings. This type of W-heater component for overload type relay, which also includes class 20 coverage and a service factor more than or equivalent to 1.15, is appropriate with thermal types overload relays, magnetic functional motor starters, and motor controllers. When exposed to a current equal to 600% of its current rating, a category 20 relay will make tripping in 20 seconds or less.
